              ZN139 series vacuum circuit breaker adopts advanced casting embedded pole, and its special structure ensures that the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber is reliably protected from mechanical impact, dust and moisture.

              Making and breaking current in vacuum
              • Vacuum circuit breakers do not require an arc-extinguishing and insulating medium. In fact, there are no substances in the chamber that can be ionized.
              • In any case, when the contacts are separated, the arc channel between the contacts is only made of the metallic vapors of the contact material.
              • When the main circuit current naturally disappears at zero crossing, the arc cannot be held. At the time, the rapidly decreasing carrier density and the rapidly condensing vacuum metal vapor quickly recover the insulation between the contacts.
              • Thus, the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber recovers insulation and restores the capability to withstand the transient recovery voltage of the system, and eventually extinguishes the arc.

              Vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber

              The cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic contatcs are made of high-quality material and have low chopping current value; use the one-time tube sealing and exhausting technique, with high dielectric recovery strength and low air leakage rate; high mechanical strength, long mechanical life; strong making and breaking insulation recovery greatly reduces the reignition and TRV breakdown.
